Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Clean Itinerary (“Clean Itinerary,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of the cleanitinerary.com website and related services (the “Service”). Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. If anything is unclear, email support@cleanitinerary.com.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. What Clean Itinerary is
Clean Itinerary takes travel confirmations you upload or forward by email — from airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and activity vendors — and produces a clean, consolidated PDF itinerary. We use automated tools, including Anthropic’s Claude API, to extract the relevant details from your documents.
3. Eligibility
The Service is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old to use it. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Your account
You can use much of the Service without an account. If you create one, sign-in is handled by our identity provider, Clerk. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with travel documents you have the right to submit. You agree not to:
- Upload or forward content you don’t have the right to share, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to bypass rate limits or other protections.
- Use the Service to build or train a competing product.
6. Your content
You keep all ownership of the travel documents you submit and the itinerary data we extract from them (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to extract your itinerary and generate your PDF.
Accuracy. Because extraction is performed by automated tools, the results may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing every itinerary and verifying it against your original confirmations and official travel documents before relying on it. The generated PDF is a convenience summary, not an official travel document.
7. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change our prices or plans, and we’ll give reasonable notice of changes that affect you before they take effect.
8. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and the Clean Itinerary name and logo — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don’t give you any rights in our brand or software beyond using the Service as intended. The PDF generated from Your Content is yours to use.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Anthropic, Clerk, Stripe, Postmark, and Render. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers’ terms, and we aren’t responsible for their services. See our Privacy Policy for what data each receives.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted itineraries will be accurate or complete. Clean Itinerary is not a travel agent and is not responsible for missed flights, bookings, or other losses arising from reliance on a generated itinerary. Always confirm details directly with the relevant airline, hotel, or vendor.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Itinerary will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or travel arrangements, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clean Itinerary from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your account data and the trips you own as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
